We use a plugin called Ninja Forms for our our forms. The only Personally Identifiable Data (PID) we may collect are your name, email address, and phone number if you use the forms. We collect this data solely in order to communicate with you, and send you the occasional update on the C2Ci happenings (if you've used the "Sign up for Project Updates" form).

Who we share your data with

For editors of our website: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

We do not share your PID with anyone. Only staff and contracted individuals associated with the C2Ci initiative or Golden Community Economic Development Society (project owners) may access your data.

How long we retain your data

For editors of our website: We store the personal information they provide in their user profile, as long as they exist as users. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

For users of our forms, we will securely retain your data as long as the initiative is active, or until you contact us and ask us to delete it.

What rights you have over your data

For editors of our website: If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
